Those stopping by the popular restaurant Highway Inn will notice a new artistic addition to the building: a mural painted by area youth celebrating the distinctive features of Waipahu. Partnering with Prime and the 808 Urban team, kids designed and created the scene depicting well-known, local landmarks. This piece follows a series of recent large-scale projects featuring street art to celebrate life in the islands.
