An ʻŌiwi TV film crew is aboard the NOAA research vessel, Hiʻialakai, for a 3 week expedition to Papahānaumokuakea Marine National Monument (Northwest Hawaiian Islands). Their first stop was the island of Nihoa. Kekuewa Kikiloi, a cultural expert on Papahānaumokuakea, shares his manaʻo about Nihoa.
